SBI / IBPS-CWE SO & PO Exam Pattern

Part I: Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and English Language Section. There will be 120 questions of 120 marks. An Important Point to keep in mind is that these marks are of only qualifying purpose. These marks won't be considered while calculating your merit. For example, assume that the cutoff marks for Reasoning section is 8. So they will only check whether you have marks 8 or above. It doesn't make any difference if you get 11 or 50 out of 50 marks.

Important Note: The marks of above three sections won’t be considered while calculating your merit. So don't waste too much time on these sections.

Part II: Professional Knowledge section. This is the section to watch out for. You will get 50 questions of 100 marks. They will consider these marks in deciding your merit. To be eligible for being short-listed for interview, you have to score really good in this section, besides scoring equal to or above the minimum qualifying marks in other tests. So, this section is the most crucial one and will decide your fate.
